Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary by destination:
- Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Large Item Shipping Rugs are large items and may be shipped via freight or specialty carriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
International Shipping International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon delivery.
